Graduate Student Heather Bliss Receives the University Graduate Teaching Award

Congratulations to Experimental Psychology Ph.D. student Heather Bliss for receiving the Graduate Instructor Excellence in Teaching Award. Bliss will receive a Golden Apple trophy along with a plaque displayed in the J.D. Williams Library.

Dr. Sufka Visits Iowa State University for Invited Talks

Dr. Ken Sufka, an alumni of the Iowa State University psychology department, gave presentations for faculty and students. The colloquium for faculty was Do Cannabinoids Have a Therapeutic Role in Medicine? Evidence from Preclinical Models of Pain and Addiction. For undergraduates, Dr. Sufka presented Getting Your College A-Game On.
